A seasoned commercial disputes specialist, Bobby Chandhoke has over 30 years of experience in advising clients and appearing before, arguing, and otherwise handling white collar crimes, including before the Enforcement Directorate, the SFIO and the EOW. In addition, he is widely sought after in matters of judicial review litigation, as well as investigations & prosecutions by the Enforcement Directorate and other regulators concerning FEMA, money laundering and anti-corruption laws.

Sudhir Sharma specialises in Dispute Resolution, covering the entire spectrum of commercial matters, including Joint Ventures, Oil & Gas, contractual disputes, mining, consumer disputes and competition. Sudhir has led arguments in various international & domestic arbitrations (including enforcement of foreign awards); apart from arguing matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and various Hon’ble High Courts of the Country; and in, among other places, Singapore & London. 

Ms. Chandhoke holds a vast and substantial experience in the practice of law since 1992. Ms. Chandhoke is a seasoned litigating lawyer with a wide array of matters including civil disputes, arbitration claims, consumer disputes, matrimonial issues and also advises on issues relating to workplace harassment, the prevention of sexual  harassment at the workplace and protection of children from sexual offences.
